If you would like to make an order and you live outside of the uk, please email us with your location and what you want to order and we can work out a postage and packing cost for you.
We accept returns and exchanges. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return it within 30 days of receipt. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.
If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
Refunds will exclude shipping charges (unless the item is faulty) and will only be made once we have received the return in good condition and you will have to cover the cost of the return yourself (unless the item is faulty).
